  Water-white in colour showing compelling scents of bergamot and lemon decorated with honeysuckle scents. Mouth-watering with lime and delicious, crystal-clear fruit. So precise and persistent.

  This is a really special Torrontes and worth seeking out. Extremely aromatic nose, with white flowers, stone fruit, bergamot, orange oil. Medium (+) to high acidity and minerality. The palate is much more tart and citrus-centric than nose, with lime and grapefruit prevailing. It exhibits a slight oiliness to the mouthfeel and a French milled soapiness which is fairly distinctive of Torrontes. This wine is aged in concrete eggs, which may explain its freshness and focus.
