Pale yellow-green color. Aromas on the citrus/mineral/spring meadow end of the spectrum. Palate has green apple, lemon zest, yuzu, and a mineral streak that carries into a medium-long finish. Expect this to develop mature character at some point in the future, but still very fresh and young now. Enjoyable in that context. Drink or hold.

Dinner at Peter's: This struck me as good, classy village level Burg but nothing to really get too excited about. Because one is legally obligated to reference reduction when it comes to PYCM, I found it elevated and worked in harmony with the overall bouquet - masterfully done, although other tasters just didn't get on with it.

Elegant, but lacking of the complexity of a wine of this pedigree. Complexity and overall palette voyage I expected just did not occur. Good acid & alcohol framework, but the execution of aroma and flavor disappointed. Usual bit of matchstick that was mitigated by several swirls in glass.
Oh and truly not a fan of the wax capsule. Such a toil to remove!

Mid-yellow; low-key nose, a welcome absence of flash & fruit, a reductive note; acidity to fore, lean; an edgy, domineering finish. Long but.... Maybe best drunk soon.

Citrus, minerality and acid at this point. A hollow mid palate stuck out. For me, this is not worth the PYCM upcharge. I do not see it aging out of it's simplicity. The material is just not there. Decent wine overall but better value plays to be had. Decanted for 20 minutes and followed for about 3.5 hours. Maybe an off bottle as my experience does not seem to line up with the majority of notes here
