Back in the ‘90’s, this was on every Chinese restaurant wine-list in Adelaide, and with good reason. Low alcohol, fruit-sweet, spicy and able to match it with a wide array of dishes that have some Schezuan pepper or chili heat. This ’18 is a beauty, with an engaging floral spice and blossom thing going on. It has Sherbet-like acidity balancing out the finish.
