A friend brought this to our 8/18/18 tasting group dinner. It had a rich, musty bouquet of peach, mineral, lime and some burnt match aromas. The palate was rich and dry with peach, pear minerals and spice.

A single vineyard site Ameztoi and then left on the lees for a while with regular battonage. A richer palate. And intense minerality. That's darn tasty stuff. Les notes its all minerals but to me there is more than just that. He adds - the flesh of a lemon, maybe.
