{screwcap, 13%} Light straw yellow. Mildly developing nose of musk, talc, even a whiff of honey. Like a shy gewurz in some ways, but with a steely edge to it. The palate is nicely light, with a pungent edge to the lychee-tinged flavours, and a honey edge. But it’s very muc.h dry, quite drinkable, light-medium bodied, with refreshing medium acidity, with eventual stoney texture and a rose water twist to the flavours. Medium length finish. Interesting, characterful wine. Aging it might be interesting. I won’t dare predict the results.
