Solid champagne. Brioche, lemon curd, pear and green apple. Round and ripe style. Thought it was better and fresher right after opening than with air, so I’d drink it up within the first hour or two.

Deg 02/21. Köpt på plats 2021. Doftar friskt, färsk jäst och fruktigt. Smaken av mogna gula äpplen först, sen brioche, sälta och citrus. Lång balanserad finish. En favorit!

A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Disgorged in February 2023. Medium yellow gold. Apple, lemon, dough, biscuit, chalk, and smoke, with high, fresh acidity, and very good length. Pleasant Aspirin-like bitterness on the finish. The mousse is medium-fine and still a little aggressive. Good concentration. Very young, but very promising. Needs another year at least. 90(+)

disgorged 3/'22. Huge success. Nougat mixed with conference pear and lemon. Energetic. Edged. Emphatic chalk. Brulée green grapes. Poppyseed.
