Strawberry and ether on the nose -- beautiful. On the palate, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, and notes of clove, white pepper, and iodine, with slight jamminess and light tannins on the long finish; the acidity is well balanced. This is excellent, and it was a good value at a little under $100, but I'm not sure how long this will last given how much of the tannin has already been absorbed; it may be nearing its peak.
