This is still a baby but give it a few hours and it will reveal its clear cranberry, cherry, herbs, and coffee. It stood out in a lineup of comparable red burgs but didn't absolutely wow me. I'm going to leave my last bottle in offsite for as long as I can.

Trapped CO2 immediate apparent upon decanting. Reduction stays with it for at least two hours. Cherry, some herbs, and damp soil on the nose. In the mouth it's light, gentle, and a touch lively. Really good.

PnP'ed. This was almost immediately (with a bit of swirling/air) inviting with the very attractive bouquet showing notes of raspberry, cherries & a bit of reduction that made it all the more engaging. Red-fruited & pure with a satiny texture, this got better & better through the evening with more air. Delicious!

My bottle seems to have differed from recent tasters - tightly wound, structured, and not giving much until a good day after opening… if I had another I’d wait 3+ years, right now it’s dominated by slightly woody tannins and a streak of tart acidity
