Pre-Paulee Warm-up Dinner (House of Nanda - Chicago IL): In vertical. Charming and elegant with plump orchard fruit. Seamless already, I will nit pick and say I was hoping for greater concentration, but expect that might increase with cellar time.

Pre La Paulée Dinner with friends (Home): 04/13/17 vertical. Clearly the most pedigreed vintage in the line up and drinking deliciously, if still primary with sweet fruit and wood influence present. Lots of upside from here.

Rich and aristocratic nose of honey, toast, peach, white flowers and pineapple. Fresh, detailed and luxurious, with layers of rich fruit and cream unfolding on the palate. Superbly balanced in every dimension, mellifluous and profound. Beautiful.
