From the Winelist at Suzette's Creperie Wheaton (IL). Golden straw colored, medium bodied, complex crisp, slightly tart pear, apple, grapefruit fruits with hints of peach accented by creamy butter, vanilla and almond notes with a stony, mineral finish. https://unwindwine.blogspot.com/2023/01/guy-amiot-chassagne-montrachet-at.html

Shows a lot of grapefruit on both nose and palate. A bit too much for my taste acctually as it gets bitter towards the finish. Good substance and depth with some complexity - one can sense this is a serious wine with ambition, but ambition is not enough - today I don’t get any real pleasure from this. Might get better with cellaring but I fear the bitterness might acctually become more pronounced when the primary fruit fades.

Lively lemony acidity, rounded out by a creamy, soft mouthfeel. Rich. Very classic

Lots of fruit on the nose. Quite appealing. Fresh on the palate. Good dry extract. Long finish despite the tiny tiny pour.
