Perfect pairing for a spicy stir fry. Lots of acid and light bodied. Some strawberry and sour tannins. This was the second time I’ve had it with Asian inspired food and it’s been great both times.

Savory, and cinnamon, and something else of savory character. Like tomato or something. Balsamic pine forest thing. Brian doesn't like the fruit. Not the most charming of Moulin a Vents.

Powerful wine. Been open for 24 hours. Tannins are completely overwhelming the wine at this stage. Drinks like young barolo. It has it's charm. I'd be interested to see where this goes in 5 years.
