  Mineralisch kreidige Nase mit Tertiäraromen, aprikosig, voller Körper im Gaumen sehr an guten Sake erinnernd, volles Umami, Honig, Quitte, pfefferige Würze, im Nachgang ausgeprägt mineralisch mit Tamarind, langer Nachgang mit Litschifrüchten, persönlich mangelndes Säuregerüst

  Almost clear with a slight greenish tint. Deliciously sweet lemon-lime mineral water nose. Wonderfully sweet lemon, lime zest, bitter honey, and a touch of gooseberry on the front palate. Lime zest and minerals define the long finish, especially the latter. It has the bones to drink well for a few more years at least.

  Super light reflective gold. Slightly bitter honey on the nose with ripe pears and maybe a slight hint of lemon. Complex and nuanced with various levels of flavor. It starts with pears and strong minerals, briefly evokes sugared banana leaf with Indian spices, a slight smokiness, then diluted lime zest, finishing with guava and pears and minerals. A truly excellent Gewürztraminer.

  Light yellow. Nose is aromatic, spicy and fruity, with notes of roses, honey, tropical fruits, acacia and a touch of almonds. Mouthfeel is rich, generous, off-dry, with quite decent acidity for a gewurz, and just enough to balance the sweetness, giving a very fresh sensation. Impeccable balance, giving a fruity mouthfeel rather than sweet. Has notes of roses, spices, honey, peaches, tropical fruits and a touch of almonds, with a long aftertaste. Lovely gewurz!
