I've always loved this under-the-radar cuvée from iconic producer Domaines Ott, one best paired with a rack of lamb or grilled meats on a summer night. Fourth-generation winemaker Jean-François Ott has been stepping up his game with this Bandol Rouge and it shows. Similar to a 1972 bottle tasted at the domaine in Le Castellet, this one is built for the cellar... no doubt about that!
Enjoy slightly chilled—think 20 minutes in the fridge before serving.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Gedronken op een na-somer avond. Lekker veel peper

Lovely Mourvèdre, without any barnyard. Needs some air or cellaring. Lovely balance with strong tannins, which I like. But may not be for everyone.
