This wine opened well with a pale clear golden colour and a nose of white peach, nectarine, grapefruit and pineapple. The palate is beautifully alive with a similar fruit profile to the nose with a touch of honey and caramel leading into a zesty acidity with lovely balance and acidity. Delicious !
