A great chenin. Apricot yoghurt, vanilla, honey but with a chalky note on the nose. Full, honeyed palate, where the oak aging pokes through more than on the nose. Rich but with searing, balancing acidity.

Augen: Zitronengelb, leicht trüb, klar
Nase: leicht oxidativ, würzel, gewürze, reife Apfel, Birne. Danach schön elegant mit weißen Blüten.
Gaumen: trocken, moderate Säure, creamig, saftig, süße Nuance, Butter, geschmeidig. ALk gut gebunden: 12.5%. süßer Abgang, sehr grazil.
Burgdunderglas, 10-12 Grad. Luft tut gut.
Essen: Steinbutt, Blumenkohl, Curry Vadouvan, weiße Trüffeln

Definitely better than two years ago. Acidity is better integrated. Bruised apple and citrus. Or a bit like this sweet & sour candy
