Tasted at Noble Green Wines' Greek tasting, September 2019. 90% Agiorgitiko, 10% Mavroudi. 1yr in oak and then 10 in bottle before release. Dark/medium red with hints of garnet. Powerful fruit-cake and cigar woodiness on the nose. Red fruits, ginger spice, sweet leather. Supple tannins with surprisingly good acidity - freshness coming from the Mavroudi addition. Very classy indeed. According to distributor this will go a lot longer.
