  • Opened for about 2 hours. Very dark in the glass with derp
Legs that crawl up the side of the glass. Scorching nose of deep black fruit, charcoal, blackberry jam, scorched earth and raw meat. Very nice in the mouth and the tannins frame the wine so it accompanied food really well. Best bottle yet

  • I’ve now consumed a few more bottles of this wine and I think it’s much better than the first. Deep dark rich color. Sweetness is folded into the nose of Black grapes charcoal lilac blueberry jam. Not complex but yummy.

  • Opened for a few hours but not decanted. Big nose of ripe Grenache. Bramble dark berries, a bit of tar and rocky earth. A very big mouth full of wine blended with the tannins and acid but in balance. Tart dark fruit, blackberry jam and finishes with a blast of red berries. This is the perfect wine for grilled food as it will cut thru the fat.
