This is on fire, drinking terrific. Fruits, minerality, texturally beautiful and very well balanced elegance. The finish just keeps on going.
I’d nominate 2017 E&M (a MT pur was killing it las week) - skin contact white wines of the year. At the price, ridiculous value and great regardless of the price.

50% Pinot Blanc & 50% Pinot Gris. Very floral nose. Huge amounts of grapefruit and lemon citrus on the palate with herbs and minerals. Kept evolving over the weekend and a decant was quite warranted. Superb effort here and it shows. E&M give all their babies the same love.

E&M needs to patent whatever color this is, which is practically a genre unto itself. Call it salmon wine. Grapefruit, melon, and peach flavors give this off-the-charts Gatorade-dunk refreshment value similar to E&M's grauburgunder but I've never had the pure grau show the finesse of this with its flowing, satiny texture from the skins.

This is intensely sour, showing grapefruit, apple cider, and lemon on the palate. This is a good match with rich food, but it would be a little over the top on its own. It's an average to good value at about $25.

Dee-lish. On the tropical vs yeasty/lambic spectrum of E&M orange wines, this is firmly on the tropical end. More of this please. See Keith's note.
