Starring estate-grown, old-vine Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Graciano, it was aged three years in top-notch French and American barrels (with another six-plus years in bottle) and ripples with ripe red fruit, warm vanilla-spice, and dark chocolate flavors. Ten years old and drinking beautifully now

The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are fast. It tastes like lemon and vanilla. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. Needs plenty of time to open up.

Deep, slightly brownish red. Not much on the nose, on taste, pleasant, smooth, woody, little fruit, smooth tannins. Not as full bodied as I expected.
