  At a friends house, who does not drink, to consume all the alcohol before he moves to New Zealand. This had been given to his wife a few years ago and had just lain around the kitchen fortha last 5 or 6 years. Deep yellow colour, but not old looking. Expressive mineral nose, touch of spice. Rich, creamy, fat with a slight oily texture. Loads of fruit and there seemed to be a touch of Semillon in there as well. A brilliant quaffer that I hogged all to myself. Drinking perfectly now, but I imagine the stelvim will keep it going do a while longer, especially if its stores properly.
