  Bought this from a friend's cellar. I'd been looking for this wine because of the winemaker (Andre Heuston Mack) and knowing there was only 1 vintage due to a failed business venture. Shared with my wine group and I was a little leery whether it was stored well and if it might be past its prime. A very classic CA cab. Great balance, silky tannins, great dark berry fruit, graphite and leather notes and nice energy. Lip smacking delicious factor. Everyone at the table loved it and was the favorite at the table, even against a 2006 Brunello and a 2015 Testamatta.
