  now almost 3 years later this one is really developed nicely. quite dark golden colour, shiny. nonse: robust - apples, quince some elder, dumson; waxy. some tropical fruits - mango, passionfruit, even some peach., therea re apple pie aromas but rather dry. plus hay. taste: medium (+) acidity; quince, tangerine, orange. full body, thick. long finish of ripe apricot; some cloves and hay. Wow! excellent pating with ligurian style monkfish from the pan in tomatoe sauce.

  Tasty organic and biodynamic white blend of Pinot Blanc /Beli pinot (51%), Malvasia Istrska /Istrska Malvazija (33%) and Sauvignon Blanc (16%). Lots of apricot at play here. Macerated for four days, attractive light apricot color with ripe peach and apricot notes. Really really nice wine. 6350 bottles produced.

  yellow, turning to apricot colour. nose: honey, blossom. flowers (linden), mineral notes - flint. taste: medium (-) acidity; some sweter ripe peach, apricot notes; robust structure. Medium (+) apriocot finish.
