  A bit disappointed reading the other notes. Decanted for 2 hours. Still closed and reduced fruit notes, less elegant than expected. maybe better in a few years. 93-94

  Fantastic wine, even right now. The nose on this is so appealing , like a bouquet of fresh flowers, perfume spice, cherry fruit. Couldn’t get enough of the nose. Gave it some time in the glass and it opened up wonderfully. Despite its youth and future potential it drinks surprisingly well now. Will be even more amazing in another 8-10 years.

  Delicious Super Tuscan. 60% cab sav, 30% Merlot, 10% Pettit Verdot. Rich, black cherry , black currant, earthy, leather. More tannic than a classic Bordeaux blend but it a good way. Just entering its prime drinking window. 14.5% abv.

  At the start of the enjoyment phase. Already very powerful. The depth is yet to come. Tuscan Bordeaux blends seem to cope better with heat than the Bordelais itself. Reminiscent of a great Pauillac.
