  Crisp. Balanced. Pure. Smooth. Downright delicious. Straight out of the chute nougat, caramel wafer, and lemon curd on the nose. Once it got up to ~65°F while in the glass, however, some spicier notes were brought forth like gingerbread & molasses cookies and spiced apple tart. On the palate very fresh and lively, yet showing a mature restraint that encourages you to sip it and savor it instead of gulp it, which would be quite easy to do. Love this stuff.
