M- salmon. Subtle nose, Clean Palate, crispy acidity, some red berries, dry finish with a little mineral hints. Linear structure. Good to any light plate.

New Zealand micro trip; 5/6/2019-5/9/2019 (North Island, New Zealand): Slightly meaty, animal with muted red berry fruit, tomato and tomato leaf. Bone dry, tight, juicy, a little flat from a fruit perspective and the wine finishes savoury and a little bitter. Nah.
