Tasted at the winery bar in McMinnville. This is a blend from 8 different vineyards, the wine is aged for a while, then the final blend chosen. Apparently, 182 different variations were tested before the final blend was chosen. Deep ruby colour. Huge amounts of fruit on the nose and palate, plums, cherries, cardamon, nutmeg. Soft, reminiscent of blackberry and apple pie, with soft brown sugar.
