  Coravin. Pale yellow-green; aromatic, prominent nose of slate and minerals, some green apple; palate is medium bodied, medium-plus acidity, green apple, minerality, fades quickly through the midpalate; finish is short-medium. Enjoyable, but lacking a bit in persistence and length on the palate. 89
