South African wine tour - Day six (Hemel en Aarde Valley): A little wood glue, savoury, cream…lacks fruit but, with time, this starts to show black cherry, again, but a little more concentrated. In the mouth it's savoury, slightly bitter cherry with juicy acidity and soft, talc textured tannic burr. Medium plus length and it handles it's alcohol well. Hmm.
