  Oh my! Opened this bottle of 2007 recently. What a treat! The change in taste from a young Syrah to a mature Syrah is unbelievable. With all this time down, it has become quite big and rich. Deep fruit flavors with an slight earthy undertone. 4 of us were tasting and everyone of us went “wow”! If you are lucky enough to find a bottle, treat yourself if you are into big reds .
