  Bought this at the International Wine Fair and brought it to Chef Teo's for lunch with my spouse and boys and younger brother.
  
  Pale straw in colour with faint notes of tropical fruits. Some orange peel, pineapple, apricot and nutty flavours makes this an easy to drink wine and pairs well with a wide range of food items. Lean in style with a clear focus.
  
  We had sashimi, sushi, miso seafood soup, chawamushi, and chirashi don. The wine paired very well with the food.
