  • From Fogarty Website: We use the fruit from the top of the vineyard for this single-vineyard bottling. On this ridge top, the soil is much thinner and the vines produce a wine with more depth and complexity. The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon was finished in 60% new oak from France, Missouri and Hungary. Possessing mouth-filling but balanced and integrated tannins, this wine should ideally be decanted for an hour or two if consuming the wine today. It will provide ideal drinking, if stored properly, in 2-4 years. Enjoy!
