Pnp from magnum, disgorged Oct 2018, new to this RM but can't help buying when there is champagne in magnum. Pale yellow, fast medium sized beads. Nose of brioche, citrus fruits and orange peel. Quite oaky on palate, not concentrated but a plethora of different aroma. Rarely I adore brut zero, this has 1gm/L residual sugar which I think is finely balance.

From magnum. No wonder all the instasomms love this wine, it starts out with the flinty, gunpowder nose like Roulot. That bit of reduction takes a while to unwind and it stays on the lean side with lemons and chalky minerals. Some subtle spices intermingled. This wine seems to be at the beginning of a journey. I have very little experience with it so I won't wait too long to have another, but at least another year or two. I'd love to try out of 750mL to compare.
