  • 2013 Tement Zweigelt Selektion was developing, savoury and gently spiced. The Austrian Zwigelt was clear and medium ruby in colour without any sediments. Aromas of bramble, dark plum, raw meat and Oriental spices were followed by leather and earth.

The mouthfeel was dry and medium-bodied, with medium levels of well-integrated tannin and balanced acidity. The spices were less prominent on the palate compared to the nose. Flavours of black cherry and damp earth were present in a medium savoury finish.
