  Delicious! The bottle aging has served this wine well. The fruit flavors all read as cooked or preserved. The lemon zest has become lemon curd. The acidity and sweetness are superbly balanced. There are notes of golden delicious apple with golden raisin. Pairs well with spicy Asian foods like Thai or Chinese. The finish is mellow and pleasing. Would also be great to sip with hard cheeses like aged Gouda and parmesan. This chard is easy to like!
