A bit lighter color than for the regular Teroldego. Lighter aromas too, more in direction of a dark Burgundy, with the addition of a little spices. Quite developed. Fresh, firm and tender on the palate (compared with the regular Teroldego and the Morei).

Undergrowth, cherry kernel, raspberries, blueberry bush, almonds, violets. Vibrant acidity, chewy texture, indistinguishable minerality. Both quaffable and complex, in its own singular way.

My second experience with Foradori, & again disappointed. . This could be down to bottle variation, as it the risk with natural wine, but I haven't had any issues with the other Italian natties I bought in the same order. So much extract for a 12% wine - felt forced and un-natural (ironically).
N: Volatile acid, polish, alcoholic cherry.
P: Crunchy, some natural polish, loads of potpourri. Quite jarring and out of balance. Austere and slightly green. Fresh but also meaty, but not in a good way.

Plum with kernel, blueberry bush, some minerality. I think these are better when they are young. Still good now though just not as electrifying.

Red berries, cherries, nice acidity balanced with decent tannins, leather, earthy. A bit tart on the finish. Nice natural Teroldego!
