South Africa Trip October 2018; 10/3/2018-10/12/2018 (Western Cape, South Africa): 18 months in barrel. 14%. slightly stewed dark fruits on the nose and LOTS of tannin on the tongue and sides of your mouth, chocolate and dark cherry flavours, but the tannins are far too dominant and it needs more acidity to lift this up and stop it being quite so monolithic (R200/£11)

the in house project for them. Hey, that is pretty good Pinotage. Rather elegant Pinotage at that. Clipped on the end but may ease in.
