375cc. Used to cook with. But even so, no good. This has definitely not aged well. There remains some characteristics of a California Merlot, but they are certainly overshadowed by a thin acidic and somewhat nasty tasting juice. Although the sauce was okay because of the veal stock and other goodies, it would've been far better with a nice wine. The wine was a free gift from a hotel many years ago. I guess you get what you pay for.

Light colour, smooth berry with oak finish, was great with a good Brie cheese and a tartar

Plummy merlot nose, feels disjointed, hollow, and thin on the finish.
