This is lovely. True pink color. Truly brut with exciting mouthfeel of tiny pin-prick bubbles, creamy finish.

Nice wine, very much strawberries, not too ripe, still a bit tart. Reminds me of a labrusco di Sorbada that I like. This wine is perhaps a bit finer, with more incision and a nicer bead, but that one is cheaper. Nice, would buy again for the right price.

18 months on the lees. Fresh wild strawberries, and their greens red raspberries, wet stone. Fruit driven mountain bubbles with great acid and a nice mouthfeel.
