  13% alcohol. Very good long dense cork. pale golden colour.
  Refined nose of white flowers and a suggestion of quince; very pure and clean. In the mouth, the quince is more in evidence without dominating unduly; other sensations are mostly floral. Very good balance and high class.
  A repeat purchase.

  13% alcohol. Very long good cork, just a bit damaged on the side at bottling (I assume) but with no negative consequence. Lovely pale golden colour with crystalline purity.
  The nose has a magnificent floral quality (white and yellow flowers), rich but restrained at the same time; only a hint of quince if you look for it. The mouth follows suit with excellent acidity balancing the silky mouthfeel. Fulfilling but not over-rich.
  Sheer class here, and perfect with halibut.
