  • Tasted during Tim Syrad Wine Tours trip to Jerez. Tasted at the bodegas.
    • Very difficult to keep Flor alive longer than 5 years
    • Serve chilled. Don’t keep open more than 2-3 weeks.
    • Will pair with any food, but recommend with olives and cashews
    L – light bronzy gold
    N – Fresh, yeasty, apricot, camomile
    T – fresh
