  Here the nose was rich and seductive, showing ripe apple, with sweet dried florals, hints of kiwi, lime and fresh smoky minerality. On the palate, I found green citrus-infused tart apple with savory spices and lingering minerals, yet maintaining an amazing freshness throughout. The finish was medium in length, resonating on tart apple tones with saturating mineral, lingering spice and acids that made the senses beg for another sip. This is so easy to like for lovers of this citrus-mineral driven style.
