PNP. Deep dark vibrant magenta color. Blueberry, hot cocoa, violet, strawberry preserves, and bay leaf. Smooth, dry palate. Firm, medium intensity tannins on the medium long+ finish.
This was served a bit to cool (directly from cellar), but very very nice from the get go. Wonderful QPR. This is entry-level Purlieu (made by Fayard).
Beautiful purple/black color Raspberries and chocolate nose On the palate, plum, black cherry, vanilla. Medium acidity and smooth tannins. It's a little less complex than most cabs I like, but good wine none the less.

AG at vinous had this at 90 and RP at 94- it’s really between those but a terrific QPR at about $50/btl- it’s the baby Purlieu- it’s a black fruit -blueberry/cherry/chocolate style- drinking great now - mine was a pop and pour - but no rush

Bizarre, can't wrap head around it after enjoying multiple tastes ~2 years ago. Closed/tight on Coravin last month then full of fig and plum sauce after opening yesterday, a bit over the top. Still odd again today, not bad but not exactly great and kind of all over the place from sip to sip. Know production must have been high so perhaps BV, will see how next one fares!

One hour+ decant; Blue and black full throttle fruits, licorice; a bit hot at first but settled down. Well-made cabernet.
