85% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Blanc. Disgorged 2013/03. Clear, bright lemon, with moderate perlage. Developed nose, bordering on the oxidized, with bruised yellow apple, ripe lemon, toast, hazelnut, brioche, due to more than 24 mos of less aging. The palate is dry, with med to med (+) acidity, med alcohol (13%). Nicely balanced, with med (+) flavor intensity and length, but very developed on the finish. Drink now, past its prime, unless you favor development and tertiary notes.
