Strange, taste not subtitle at all. Bitter, sharp. Smell is hard to notice like many st emilion. Taste is really bitter. Advise: combine with stir fried chicory! This gives the wine more layers. Needs food!

Nice big nose - earthiness, peaty, herbs and cedar wood. Palate -red and black berry fruit balance nicely with subtle soft tannins with a pleasant finish. While Merlot dominant the Cab Franc is distinctive and seemingly adds delightful character

Simple quaffer served at a Labor Day BBQ. Was expecting a bit more typicity, but this could be a merlot from anywhere.
Well made, but nothing special....
