  Approachable from the start, cherry, blackberry, orange zest, oak. Nice with Miss Dee Dee’s chili. Cookie and the Wife approve.

  Same notes as from two years ago. Very good with positive comments from our barbeque guests.

  Over a year since our last bottle and it is drinking very well. Very deep, inky colour with an attractive red/purple rim. The smooth palate is full of sweet dark berry fruits, mainly blackberry. Lots of spicy complexity with good balance. It retains plenty of integrated acidity and soft, food-friendly tannins. Very good with a rare, aged ribeye steak. It still has lots of life ahead.
