Retail $40(?). 59% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir. Another bottle that follows the original script (i.e., my first tasting note on the wine), but once again, this comes off as, well, better.
Energetic, bony dry champagne with fine bubbles, a lot of depth, and very yeasty. This benefitted from a couple of years of ageing and is drinking wonderfully.
