Showing a bit of wood spice today. It is deep and layered, with intense white peach fruit. There are gorgeous florals and it has terrific presence in the mouth. It is all here it just needs a few more years in bottle.

Honey, white peaches and fennel on the opening with nashi pear, barley and white peaches on the palate. Fantastic core of white fruit supported by a backbone of minerality This was viscous and had impressive depth whilst maintaining precision and clarity, a very intellectual wine with multiple layers and detail.
Wow. I don't recall what I had guessed this to be but I remembered this to be something pretty damm special. My first Jacques Carillon BBM and I've heard wonderful things all this while, with the incredible small plot, I'm not sure if I will get to try this again someday and incredibly grateful to have tried this today!

Some honeysuckle to the aroma along with pure white peach, aniseed and mineral. It is rich, voluminous, layered and long. A wine of great detail and authority, with superb length.

A wine of great power and finesse. Notes of honeysuckle, white peach and aniseed. Magnificent balance and tightly wound by its fine line of acidity. Perfect proportion with length to burn.
