Pale-to-medium lemon; med+ aromatics of apple, peaches, apricot, ripe fruits bordering on tropical, hint of pineapple, mineral. Dry, med bodied, a touch viscous in texture with leesy quality, honeyed apple, lime, oyster shell, and heavy saline quality that I find refreshing on the finish. Very Good.
Markers for Albarino - peach, apricot, salt, elevated aromas and acidity, medium body Markers for Riax Baixas - high salinity, lime, oyster shell, slightly tropical/ripe fruit

WSET Level 3; 11/3/2019-2/3/2020 (San Diego, CA): Second time having this wine with consistent notes as before. Aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, jasmine, salt, sea shells, citrus and peach. High acid and medium finish. Nice and refreshing.

From the wine list at Momoya (NYC). Served a bit cold. This is bright with lots of citrus notes (lemon & grapefruit), some salinity and a hint of stones. Not the most complex, very acid driven - drinkable but would not seek this out again.

WSET Level 2; 8/20/2019-10/15/2019 (Leoness Cellars, Temecula, CA): Pale lemon color, orange peel and citrus fruit, minerals and vanilla in the nose. Medium body, dry, high acid, lemon zest and a mouthwatering lingering salty finish.
