  Price:quality ratio really shining. This was very tasty, not a dark red sweet with a bit of fizz. Salmon-copper color, small beady bubbles. Tart, dry - raspberry jam, strawberry, sourdough bread, lemon zest.

  Citrus and stone fruit up front, breadiness and some salinity on the core, good tartness on the finish. Champagne-esque, very good.

  Color: in-between a light copper and salmon. Foam is pretty persistent
  Nose: strawberry and lemon, but also an intriguing minerality and yeast, and some exotic fruit
  Palate: lovely acidity on the high side, nice beads. Strawberry and other red fruits and lemon pulp and a backdrop of minerals that really hit sharply and cleanse the palate
  Finish: short
  
  Very lovely Sorbara on the refined and highbrow side, even moreso than a cleto Chiarli premium due to the fine beads and minerals. Really really shines with salumi but can function as an aperitivo very handsomely. Qpr here is hyperuranic. Bravi!

  Very light and super focused Sorbara. Light as a feather on the palate with gentle mousse and great intensity to the flavors. Probably one of the best Sorbaras out there along with Chiarli Lambrusco del Fondatore.
