We drank it over two days, with a little improvement on day two. No real “flaws”, but I found it clunky and alcoholic. Someone who is more of a chardonnay lover might like it just fine for the price.
I’m revisiting this review because the remaining wine improved a lot. On day three there was one glass left which was much more balanced and moderate; quite appealing actually. Who would think a nine dollar wine would need such a lengthy development time?

Pale yellow in color. A fragrant nose of lemon zest and tropical fruit. Sharp, beautifully delineated fruit, Apples, warm spice. With air a bit of pepper comes in. Gorgeous acidity and fine balance. Finishes long with spice and citrus. Gorgeous wine that, while it lacks the trademark minerality, reminds me a bit of a fine village Chablis. Should go out for another 5 years. Fabulous value at $10/bottle.

Green apple aroma, pale gold color, and a low-key, easy-drinking flavor. A perfect weeknight white in my humble opinion.
